They want to communicate drop offs and pick up through text message because they’re so called “deaf” . But even when you do text they are snarky and act like it’s your fault. Wouldn’t recommend to anybody using for medical needs as you will miss your appointment.

This company sucks drivers not answering the phone . They tried to pick me up a hour early for a appointment 9 minutes away they were supposed to be here at 10 :30. Now I have to catch an Uber driver is sending me to voicemail!!
