They called a day before to check and confirm the appointment. They informed me when the driver was on her way and what time she was picking me up. And for the return ride, though I was provided a wait time of 30 mins, the driver arrived in 6 mins. I have had really bad experiences with several Medicare transportation companies in the past, who just wouldn’t show up or be really late. Today’s ride was a relief!
