The worst cab company every never book with the very unprofessional rude they should not be in business at all they need to be shut down immediately cause that’s not how it go please I repeat don’t book with them you will be disappointed every time I can’t make this up it’s so sad if k could give no stars it would be no stars!???

Once again I was scheduled for an appointment and the MTM originally had me with NET transportation, which I prefer, but somewhere along the line they switched it to Alamo. The driver (NOT Alamo dispatch) apparently called me in the morning but never left a message and there was no ID for Alamo and I was asleep at the time. Right at my appointment time, (never mind I needed to be the appt 15 mins early) the driver called and was stuck in traffic, gave me a spiel about other appointments issues. This company can never get it right...now I have to reschedule! If they only knew what I go thru to get ready in the first place....

Omg, there's nothing more irritating than being late or missing your appointment at the cancer center. They only care about getting paid. I dont recommend ?

Nolan and Ryan have taken me to dozens of appointments. These are the two drivers I’ve remembered the names of. There services are proficient and respectful. Always dependable on Roundtrips—they don’t leave you hanging like some drivers will. If they say they’ll get you they will.

They have been late picking me up a few times I had to reschedule my appointment. When picking me up from my appointment I was forced to wait anywhere between 2 to 5 hours waiting for them to pick me up and take me back home their car smelled like cigarettes and other inhalable herbs they would have vulgar music playing they were rude and very unprofessional do not use this service

Do not use this service. Thy lie about coming to pick you up. I had two doctors appointments and they never showed up. The driver lies and said he called me. Me and the insurance company talked to the driver he was rude and told me that’s why I don’t have a car. I could not believe what I was hearing. I’m disabled and really needed to make it to my appointment. DONT USE THIS COMPANY you was warned ⚠️

The drivers were on time, always courteous. They would let me know when they were on their way to pick me up. I've had Nothing but positive experiences with this service.

Waited an hour called my driver he said it'll b another 30-45min. Wait called their boss they lied 2 them said they was only 8 min .all n all I caught the bus HORRIBLE SERVICE

Several times I have missed appointments because Alamo Transportation LLC is late or no show.They will claim to have contacted you via phone or text when they have not.People are missing lifesaving appointments and forced to reschedule only to be left unsure if they will make it to the Dr.

Repeatedly, More times then not, they do NOT show up and ALWAYS commit FRAUD by Billing Insurance, filing that YOU were a NO SHOW. Refuse to use them with MTM at least put at very bottom of the list. I have filed numerous complaints with Merridian Insurance and they have now started an investigation.
