“I called the towing number for Auto Owners Insurance Company today 5/20/24. The towing service they used told me 10 minutes or less, 2 1/2 hours later still no one. My husband went over to College Chevrolet in Albion where they called Zicks for me. He was there in 10 minutes. When the other company called they said they were still 20 minutes out. I told them not to bother since Zicks had just arrived. Thank you for this great service. They towed me to the car dealership in minutes. Don't ever use the towing through Auto Owners Insurance Company. I now have their phone number in my phone.”

“My purchase was quick and professional! Was in and out in a short time and everything went as planned with no issues. Would by from Hometown again! Frankie is a great to work with!”
“The AutoZone in Albion, Mi is amazing. If every AutoZone in America had a Zach H. and Chris T. it would make the biggest impact in the auto parts industry through service, and meeting the needs of the customer. Both guys were friendly and courteous. My family and I traveled to Michigan from South Carolina on vacation and Zach and CT were there when I had car issues. They were friendly in helping me find a car part and connected me with someone from Albion to fix my car. Great job men!!!”
