She figured out what I needed based on a picture, but they didn't have it in stock, so told me that they could order it and it would take 3 days.. then gave me the part number on a post-it and unofficially suggested a larger parts store that might have it in stock. Super helpful; would recommend.”

“A month ago I went to O'Reilly first as it was closer to get a new battery and have it installed. If I shut off my car it would not start again, I needed to ensure my kids and I were not stranded. In short they wouldn't assist me as the manager said he didn't have time even though I was the first customer of the day and only customer, stating he had other things he wanted to do, I could come back that afternoon. Lucky for me I drove one block down the road to Autozone. The three employees there were incredibly friendly, empathetic and eager to help. While my battery was to my surprise in my back seat, in the floor, meaning they couldn't physically change it there for me but they ensured I had everything I needed to get it all set. So thankful for their awesome service!”
