RUDE. Should be a sign outside that says no children allowed with the way me & my 2 year old daughter were treated; over the sunglass rack & a slinky. Garbage service, unwelcoming & just mean.

So today is July 27th 2025 and it's Sunday.And I drove all the way from downtown detroit to come to the store and it's closed and it's only 6:32.
This is very unprofessional.
What a waste of my time which is very important to me.Please picture time open and close on google

I am writing to express my deep concern regarding a troubling experience that occurred at your store location on the evening of July 9, 2025. My daughter, my niece, and my niece’s best friend visited the store with the simple expectation of finding an outfit. What should have been a positive and empowering shopping experience quickly turned into something quite the opposite.
My niece’s friend, a bright, beautiful, and confident young woman, gravitated toward an outfit in the Junior section. While holding it up to herself, she was met with a belittling and unnecessary comment from a staff member, who ridiculed her for even considering clothing in that section. Whether or not the outfit would have been the right fit is beside the point, what matters is how she was spoken to and treated.
The words used were not only unkind, but deeply hurtful. They sent a message to her, and to the young women with her, that beauty and belonging are conditional. That somehow, based on appearance alone, she did not qualify. This interaction left her feeling embarrassed, degraded, and judged.
We must remember: we never know what someone is carrying. For some, a single moment like this can be the breaking point. It’s not just about customer service, it’s about dignity and basic human respect.
I have since seen other concerning reviews about this location, which leads me to ask: where is the accountability? Is this behavior aligned with your store’s values? Does your brand stand behind this type of treatment?
I strongly urge you to take action!
Every customer deserves to walk into a store and feel welcome, no matter their size, background, or perceived differences. I hope this message will be received not in anger, but with the urgency and sincerity with which it is written. It is my hope that your store will use this as an opportunity to grow, improve, and create a better experience for all.

Very rude staff, wasn’t greeted when I walked in. Nor at the register, staff would much rather look at you crazy than to speak. And have side conversations instead of being professional. Pretty sad actually U need better staff!!!

RUDE STAFF!! I’ve been coming to this store for years, and it’s very inconvenient that the fitting room is NEVER running, furthermore, over the weekend (12/13/24), I visited to grab a jacket and upon trying it on in the mirror was rudely advised that the sign on the door says the fitting room is closed and when I explained to lady that I saw the sign but it doesn’t say we’re not allowed to try on a jacket in the mirror (not the fitting room), she stated it’s in the company policy that we can’t try on ANYTHING within the store, and she didn’t want to get fired for letting people try things on, and I told her that’s fine, I’m going to purchase the jacket and try it on right outside the store and if it doesn’t fit I will be walking back in to get a refund, and I’ll repeat the process until I’m satisfied with my purchase. Moreover, I would hope this isn’t truthfully a company policy because it will cause strain on your staff who already appear to be strained and irritable, however, if in fact this is your company policy it needs to be displayed as blatantly as the sign on the door that says no fitting room, because I wasn’t in the fitting room and should not have been addressed the way that I was.

I just left the store at 12:02pm on Dec 7, 2024. I was told by the cashier I could not try on the jacket on the rack. That was very rude of her.

The ladies that work here are so very rude . Don't even say hello when customers come through the door.... I came up to the counter to check out, the cashier gave me the most dirtiest look ever lol ... Love the clothes here just didn't care for the negative looks!!!!

I came to the store to return some items, they didn’t open until almost 11. There were workers outside acting like customers. I left and came back when they were open. I asked the manager what time they opened and she acted like she didn’t know but yet she’s the manager. This has to be the most unprofessional location ever. They complain about having no money when they had tons of customers outside waiting. Your workers are the reason this company has no money.

Would’ve been perfect if they had change. I don’t understand how I have to go somewhere to get change just to buy clothes in the store. Then they directed me with my toddler to somewhere I have to buy something from to get change. Why don’t y’all have $80. Now I’m not gone ever spend nothing else here. Most inconvenient part of my whole day.

If I could give zero stars I would. The rudeness of the staff is uncalled for. I not once got smart or spoke in a nasty tone to any of these ladies. Always respectful!! Why are they even working there if they don’t like being there. The nasty tone and smart mouth is disgusting! They don’t ever have to worry about me patronizing this disgusting location ever again!! I’m posting on Yelp and everywhere I can leave a review!This store need to either hire other people or shut down.
