Our tax specialist here was very kind however I am not happy with how they don’t explain anything. Online it says “starting at $89” the price of doing our taxes was never discussed to us to the end and they charged us $330. I will never come here again.

I conducted a phone consultation, which I didn't even want to do in the first place and then basically was talked down too when I explained my situation, they were very condescending when I told them my age and that I never filed before, however they don't know my full situation and don't know me at all and just want to be condescending I wouldn't recommend I called a different location and the tones and service was way different !
