Place is always a mess, staff are always rude and me and wife get a racist vibe from the
Workers ( especially loss prevention, somtimes she even follows us around like wth?) they always try to kick out customers when there is still thirty minutes left… its not our fault they cant keep up with there duties through out the day, it seems they try to to finish up everything at the last minute which is the reason why they kick certain people, i say certain because the day they tried kicking me and my wife out they was certain customers still shopping who weren’t told anything.

The people who were working the night shift on 12/20/24 were very rude to my husband and I, there were almost 20 minutes left until closing and we were picking out some men's socks when one of the employees approached us and yelled at us that we had to leave the store because they had to close, I think that if the website says they close at 12:00 am I don't understand why they wanted to kick us out, I feel like the people were just racist because when we approached to pay we greeted the people and none of them responded to us, what horrible staff really!!!

Maybe hire more people? so sick cashiers are not getting other people sick. No one wants someone coughing in their face checking out.

I have always shopped at Burlington but now I am very impressed. The quality of the clothing has definitely improved. The prices are giving Marshall's and Tj Maxx a run for the money. Not to mention the store is neater and more organized.

My mother worked here and she told me that the managers and loss prevention ladies were mean and they got admitted because she refused to let them check her bags and their business skills are terrible

The employees were incredibly rude. While I was sitting on some of the chairs to test their comfort, one of them abruptly approached me and told me to move without any courtesy or explanation. It was a very unprofessional and unpleasant experience.
