I had a problem with one of my prescriptions and had called. The automated call system was a pain, but l left a voice mail. They immediately called me back and she took care of the problem right away. The employees are always friendly and helpful. And refilling prescriptions online is quick and easy.

I hate coming to this pharmacy I will start driving completely out of my way to not deal with these girls they got behind the counter. They talk like complete brats and have horrible horrible customer service.

Pharmacy wouldn't fill my dogs prescription and made up about a dozen excuses on why not. Went across the street to Rite Aid and they took care of it quickly.

Went to the pharmacy to pick up my prescription, stood in line, which I was the only one in line. Pharmacist acknowledged that was standing there and then he went on to talk to the other tech and after 15 minutes I just decided to walk out and go to a different CVS I will not try this one again

Front staff greeted me and was friendly, but I was headed straight back to the pharmacy so that was all of my interaction with the front. The pharmacy staff in the other hand was awesome! They were so friendly and fast, they even made sure I was paying the lowest price possible for my rx..(I was at another cvs earlier and they were trying to charge me 30$ for the same rx! Luckily they didn't have the medication in stock and I got to come here!) the pharmacist and techs were all so friendly to each other and even knew the other customers by name. I will come here from now on!

The regular employees at this store are awesome and very friendly. The pharmacy, on the other hand, is awful. They're not very nice whenever I go in and the girl that usually gets my prescriptions for me never remembers my name but can remember everyone else's names. The pharmacy line is always long too but what happened tonight was the last straw! I used the CVS app to refill my prescription and i got a confirmation email that it would be ready by the next morning. I went in way after it should've been ready but the usual clueless girl said it wasn't there. She went to check what was wrong and then said "we didn't have it so we needed to order it". I ask why i wasn't notified because i needed my pills. Then she tried to tell me that the pharmacist tried to call me to tell me my prescription was expired. I never got a call and why would my pills need to be ordered out if my prescription couldn't be filled anyways??? Lies!! I'm taking my business elsewhere.

The employees at this location are very nice/polite. They always direct me in the right direction when I'm looking for a certain product. The store itself is very clean and the shelves are always orderly with everything in the right spot. This CVS is in a great location right on Southfield. It also has a pharmacy but there is no drive-threw. They have everything a typical drug store should have from birthday supplies to make up to over the counter drugs. I give CVS 5 stars because of the courteous, helpful employees and the neatness of this drugstore.
