Ordered shoes online to pick up in store. They were stained and had hairs in the box so I did not want them. The sales associates did a complicated return process that was supposed to result in the shoes being reordered but now the new order cannot be found online. I will have to go back to the store and stand in another 30 minute line just to hopefully recoup my losses. Attempts to call the store result in being hung up on.

The Wife and I stopped here to get her some new boots and as shes trying them on one of the sales associates takes the other one and the box, my Wife wanted them and she took them and said they were already sold!!! RUDE!!! She should have sold them to the wife and the person who ordered them on line should have gotten a note saying sorry they were sold out. the worst part is i think it was the (manager) needless to say we WONT be back!!

Returned shoes on 9/30 and still have not received my refund on 10/16. I don’t think the lady processed it correctly and I got robbed.

Tiffany in customer service is rude. I called about used shoes and she was very condescending and hung up on me when I still had a question. This is a pair just delivered today. Horrible quality. Will return
