Had a problem with my first 2k24 disc . Went back in to exchange it : no warranty … NO PROBLEM! ? Doggybone with the red hair took care of my disc and exchanged it! I’ve been playing 2k chilling ever since .

Check these guys out for sure. Byron was amazing, very knowledgeable and helpful, plus when I called first he picked up on the first ring. I live in Taylor, and called the Taylor location first for my Diablo 4 reserve, and some questions I had, but never answered after 5 calls. Definitely taking my business to this location from now on. Props to you Byron, and thank you for the hookup. GameStop needs more people like you who actually care to have employment!

Customer service is more than "5 stars". A welcoming environment. Great inventory selections for all gaming systems with a variety of gaming accessories. If a product is not in stock, a staff member can order it for you online and it will be shipped to your home. Clean and organized environment.
