Giving a one star is BEYOND GENEROUS
I AM SICKENED BY WHAT THEY DID TO MY 13 YEAR OLD SONS HAIR!
I made the biggest mistake of allowing him to get his hair cut here. Especially days before school starts.
I’m sure the workers are nice so the one star can account for that however the actual service for a hair cut is TRASH!
If you CANNOT DO A CUT THAT IS ASKED DO NOT AGREE TO DO IT!
IF YOU REALIZE MID CUT YOU ARENT DOING WHAT WAS ASKED SIMPLY STOP!
I rather it be longer & not what was asked then cutting more then the picture or what was asked of you!!!!!!!
I cannot believe it was even thought to be okay to cut a teenage boys hair how it is!!

Even the back is uneven thicker on one side & the length is uneven! The length should have been to the back of his neck he has almost no hair left.
THE CUT ISNT EVEN CLOSE TO THE PICTURE! I understand cuts don’t always turn out as the picture I understand that completely! The length his hair was to start gave plenty of hair to do what was shown. He would have been even happy if it was a little close to the picture

GIVING A 13 YEAR OLD BOY A HAIR CUT YOU GIVE A 50 YEAR OLD LESBIAN IS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE! DAYS BEFORE THE FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL!
The back of his head is shown just to get an idea of how ridiculous it is that it looks nothing even close to what was asked! This is after I brush it all down to see the unevenness
Hard to tell because I did get it wet a little so it looks longer than it is on the right side.

Fairlane Mall is a hidden gem, and going to Great Clips is incredibly convenient. The stylists are knowledgeable, and Brittany and Maribel are a dream team.

This place was impressive, they have men and women cutting hair to perfection. They pay attention to detail, they will have you walking out looking and feeling like a new person,at a great reasonable price. My hair was down to my butt and very thick and curly, I asked for a trim and long layers, I'm very picky about my hair and that's why I was so impressed because she did my hair so perfect and beautiful I got TONS of compliments on my hair cut. I went to get a trim only. She pulled my info up and made a snotty comment about not coming in every 6 weeks. She asked how I styled my hair and I told her I used a blow dryer; another snotty comment that I need to just run my fingers thru my hair to keep the curl. All this time she is still cutting. I told her I wanted the length just above my shoulders; which is now chin length and in layers! She asked about cutting around framing my face. I said no and she did it anyway and then laughed! My hair looks horrible and no matter what I do it looks bad. I promise you I will never go back to this location.
