Very rude , and only care about the money . They need to be careful how they treat customers and also how they talk to them . Sooner then later they will be out of business

Had an appointment set up for this location. I check they accept my insurance. Advise me to call and have them assigned as provider. Then they call me an hour later to tell me my appointment date and time was a suggestion and they only have an opening in a month. Not a good way to do business bate and switch.

Been going here for the last 25 years for all my dental care from cleanings to implant. Can't say enough positive things about the treatment(s) I have received.

if you want implants, then this is where to go. they refused to even discuss anything else.. kept telling my son there was nothing else they could do for him. His insurance does not cover implants and he does not have $12000. when he told the dentist he did not have that kind of money, he was told that he could do it on credit..at 30% interest I dont think so! he told the dentist that he had a child and the dentist said "dont we all " so rude and condescending! will never go back !

Allen Park location is horrible. Called for a product because Southgate office was closed and was told I could pick it up and there. When I arrived told me that I was not able to get the product by the office manager Julie. She stated that she had no idea who I spoke to and she would find out on Monday because the that shift was gone for the day. Called back and wanted to know her name and the original person CrystaI answered the phone. They made up excuses and wasted my time. Said that she didn't see it in my chart but when I called earlier they looked up my file. Went down the street to Lincoln Park office and was taken care of no problem. Get it together AP Great Expressions.

If anyone is ever looking for a great periodontal dentist office, Great Expressions in Allen Park is amazing. I recently have had a skin graft procedure done (which I am still healing from) and They are just absolutely amazing, kind, very caring, and thorough on everything. They’ve been calling to check up on me ever since & they have just taken great care of me since I entered the door. Even with COVID-19 going on they have taken every precaution possible to make sure I feel safe during my visit. I was completely terrified as I entered the door, I was so nervous about this procedure. They did everything they could to make sure I was comfortable and pain free during my procedure. Dr. Usmani & all of the staff is amazing. I HIGHLY recommend.

Horrible place! Stay away! They will upcharge you and charge you for things you do not need. They destroyed my tooth by doing a very bad root canal. Do not say you were not warned.

I cant believe there are only 2 stars. This is a 5 star office. My husband needs whole mouth rehab. Like 20k worth of work. we just left a practice that removed 13 teeth and made him a partial denture that does not fit his mouth. The experience was horrible. This practice, specifically Dr Reid, made him go back to the dentist. They only perform work that needs to be done. The prices and appointments are reasonable. And the work done is Top Knotch! The receptionist, Hillary and Nick and one more gal are always so nice and accommodating. They know us all now. My husband and myself, my brother, my sister and my mother have all now switched over because they are so great. Dr.Reid is an amazing dentist. She is gentle and knowledgable, and talks you thru the whole procedure so there are no guesses about whats going to happen. Carmen- the hygienist is great! She takes her time and does a great job. Kaitlyn and the other assistants are amazing- we always have great chats and conversations. They were even able to take my mother for an emergency appointment, and were able to remove the tooth that was bothering her and show her the reason why she was in pain. It being the first procedure my mother had ever had- Dr Reid did everything she could to calm her nerves. My mom says it didnt even hurt, and a day later it was already looking healed. I will stay here at the office as long as Dr Reid and her staff are still there.

My husband got an upper denture made at Great Expressions in Allen Park. It was made in 2016. It has broken down the center 3 times and one of the front teeth broke in half. The 3rd time it broke down the center while we were on vacation for 2 weeks and my husband went without teeth. We had just picked it up from being repaired 4 days before we left. Now Dr. Lizzio says the problem is my husband has a hard bite and it needs to be reinforced for a charge of $120. We feel its defective. It has broken 4 times in about 18 months. Nick the office manager was less than helpful and said there is no guarantee once we walk out the door with the denture if it breaks again we will be charged. He also collected the $120 before my husband got his denture back which in 25 years of going there they have never done. We have always paid on the way out. Which my husband found very insulting as if he wasn't going to pay his bill. They gave us a number for their Customer Care or Service department and I was informed that the ultimate decision to charge us or not is up to the dentist in charge of that area. That dentist happens to be Dr Lizzio who states the problem is how my husband bites not the denture. They also refuse to disclose the name of the lab or labs who have worked on the denture. We are currently looking for a new dentist and will never go back there. We couldn't be more disappointed and feel like if they can't repair this denture that was obviously poorly made to begin with they should stand by their work and replace it for free. They act as if they could care less. Poorest customer service ever!!

Awful service. First time there they were all polite, big smiles, friendly. Second trip, they had to change my appointment 4 times, ended up being two months after I was supposed to go. Scheduled my follow up at the second visit. Called to confirm, they had me down as a no show, my appointment was for the next day. Due to work schedules I cannot come in for early appointments, which is why I selected this location, they had later hours on a day that worked for me. But apparently they have switched their schedules and don't do cleanings later than 4:30 anymore. This office is a joke. Don't go unless you like being pushed around.
