They usually don't have what I need. The store isn't neat and organized. Not one person working was around to ask for help. A customer should be physically taken to the location of said item and shown what they are looking for and knowledgeable enough to recommend other possible solutions if said item isn't in stock.

This Home Depot is awesome. I always find everything I need and the staff is very friendly. Everyone is so approachable. This is a good location to shop. If you have no idea what you want.
