Very confusing customer service. I went in to exchange 20s for 100s or 50s.the lady never asked for my id and just told me they only carry 20s. I don’t understand how a bank as big as Huntington only Carrie’s 20. Then I proceeded to leave and go to my normal southgate Huntington where they were more than happy to exchange my bills because I’m a normal customer..Horrible customer service!

Today I stopped in to deposit a check and had the pleasure of working with Kara and Sabrina. These women take customer service to a whole new level. They knew everyone that walked in by name, were friendly and personable and to top it all off, they helped me in record time. I will now go out of my way, just to come to this branch. Way to go ladies, that is how it is done. Thank you!

I am a regular customer and the negative reviews don’t accurately reflect the true service of this branch. I have been to multiple Huntington locations in the area and employees here are the friendliest and most solution oriented ones I’ve come across. The branch manager is extremely attentive and competent with being solution and customer oriented! By far the best Huntington location in the area!

Atm never works. Always have long lines and no tellers working. This is one of 3 branches in the downriver area left after closures, Huntington really needs to work on bettering customer service before losing more long term customers. Going to the bank shouldn’t be a inconvenience and that is all my banking experience has been here

For the second time… a bank saying go to another bank because they are low on cash. Your money and you have to run around to get it. I know if it’s 10k need to pre order but was less than that. Need to find a different bank to do move my personal and business accounts. Sad you need to take time out of your busy day to go and see who can give you your money.

This ATM never works. Either it doesn’t have enough cash in it ever or withdrawal is unavailable. So annoying and a waste of a drive.

I went here to close my account. The girl was nice but ended up causing me so much more work and stress. When leaving she told me my account has been closed only to find out a few days later she just withdrew all the funds leaving both accounts at 0.00 going back and forth with the customer service line was a nightmare. Would recommend going to a different branch.

I received 3 counter checks while I wait for my paper checks to arrive. The male rep DID NOT tell me that they will take $10 off the top of the check if the person is written out to DOES NOT have a Huntington account.....wait, what???? What a freaking hassle.....I certainly was not PLEASED when I spoke to my mortgage company!!!!! That's a detail that I should have been told first!!!

I am SO sick of driving all over town because of less branch locations due to consolidation as a result of the merger. Went to THREE different branches to make a cash deposit, only to find that every one said that cash deposits were unavailable! I'll be closing my accounts the very FIRST opportunity I get!

The atm is never available, you either can never deposit money or take out money. And to top it all off when you’re driving around to get to either the tellers or atm they have a huge pothole that is very hard to avoid. I’m surprised they honestly haven’t filled it yet, because that pothole is an accident waiting to happen.

This is absolutely ridiculous,this is the second location I visited to try and put money in an account only to have the ATM tell me cash deposits are unavailable. Then to make it worse the drive thru line is half way around the building with one line open and nobody was even assisting the cars in line.

Ended up taking all of my money and then some from my TCF account when they aquired the other bank. They lost my business for good and I've been a long time customer.

A twenty minute wait in the drive thru (I was the only person in all three lanes) for a simple withdrawal and a rude teller to boot. 10/10 would not recommend

Sat in the drive thru for 30 minutes. Idk why cause I got out of the car and went inside and the bank was empty. They are friendly and courteous though I must say
