I called the customer service number on the explanation of benefits, and whoever answered the phone had never heard of Joint Venture Labs, and couldn’t help me.

If there was a 0 rating I would. They billed my insurance and I owed a small amount. Then sent me a bill for 1000 dollars and said that my insurance wasn't in effect. Clearly it was because they billed the insurance previously and the same date! This is a JOKE!
