Very unwelcoming staff! I Always loved shopping there but the last few time and especially yesterday the staff made me hate shopping there. They kept staring and mumbling and I overheard the man saying very disrespectful comments. They have no patience for customers, they don’t like seeing kids there or helping customers.

I have always enjoyed shopping here, the man at the counter is very nice and helpful, however there was a woman working and not only was she not welcoming but when asking a question it was horrible I can only wish her well if something may be going on in her life to make her like that. But she has altered our shopping there.

I have shopped many Kirkland's across the states. I absolutely love the store and what they offer for decor. My experience today however was less than pleasurable at the Allen Park MI store. Was at at cash trying to ask about a print and the employees were too busy talking with one another and greeting people they knew who were entering the store. As a customer this wasn't appreciated and I found their answers...the one I got to be very rude and curt.
