Great team, asking if anyone wants to try a fresh donut. Have plenty of parking and space to sit and have a quick bite.

Been coming here since a kid donuts are always good Ofcourse (can’t mess that up) but the employees here always have the WORST attitude for no reason. As if nobody else’s life is hard lol on top of that very slow service but once again donuts are good!

I wish I could give a zero for service. Every time I come here the door is locked, line wrapped around the building and the workers move like turtles. I clearly ordered a dozen assorted donuts and the worker even repeated it. Then she handed me a dozen classic so I gave it back and then she (the African American lady working 4/9 at 6pm) then rolled her eyes, snatched the box and slammed the drive thru window and continued to move even slower than she was previously. No apology, no smile, no sense of urgency whatsoever. Handed me my box and slammed the door again before I could even say thanks or anything. For such a simple job, I’ve never seen someone hate working so much. Unfortunate to have such hate for a customer service job.

I am NOT writing this poor review after only one bad experience. This is after my third visit and after a discussion with my daughter in law. The service was poor, the clerk was rude, the did not honor their own coupon and proceeded to keep the free dozen coupon I received in the mail circular. Finally, I only buy these donuts for my grandson but admit they are delicious when “hot & ready”, and this last. Is it the sign was lit but my two dozen donuts tasted as though they were pulled right out of a refrigerator! That fact with rude and intellectually challenged help caused this horrible review!

Doors are Always locked can't get in then you wait in the drive thru line for better than 30 minutes just to get a donut and a coffee got the Easter mini's and they were good but slightly stale

Way overpriced. 12 dollars for 6 donuts. Outrageous.

Not enough value for your Money. Donuts Appear to be more factory made than homemade.... What happened to the samples.. Where did the red light go?

Fresh hot donuts made before your eyes. Gave us samples as we walked in super friendly and professional staff.

The Custard donuts were not fresh and hard like a rock, I was told before buying that they would be fresh, but were not. Good bye Krispy cream.

Visiting with Southfield location today. We went through the drive thru gentleman told us a time of 30 mins. 45 minutes later we come back and then waited to get told another hour as worker was screaming in the background over the gentleman on mic. so a total of a hour and 45 min for fresh donuts? As they open at 8am. The Time now is 8:40 with business open without fresh donuts? This is not this first time as to why I’m making effort to write a review.

I just had a doz assorted picked up at 4:30 pm it's a 40 min drive. They are surprisingly small , dry and hard!!! I tried to call 3 times no one answers. Ughh $19. I'm so disappointed i really had missed the fresh not in the store , but that would have been better!

Set in line for 40 minutes. Could not get out of line because some lady didn't know how to ring up. Another lady and her discount coupon. 3 different people tried to refund this lady's money. They should have had her pull to the side and take care of her. People were jumping the curb trying to get out of that drive. Then when we got to the window. Cause I was next in line. The girl didn't even apologize. To me.
