i paid $18,000 for Lowes installation service to install a vinyl privacy fence. they did a horrible job and won't do anything about it. customer service is the worst. don't be a victim save your time and money don't let Lowes install anything you wont be satisfied they don't care about customer satisfaction

I ordered a washer and dryer. I paid for the hook up and for them to switch the dryer door. The delivery team hooked up the gas and said that we could do the door ourselves and left. This is the worst delivery service I have ever had. My mother was buying a refrigerator and asked me what I thought of Lowe's. I told her what happened and she said that she had heard bad things from other people too. Thankfully she went elsewhere to get the refrigerator. I truly want nothing to do with this business anymore.

This staff here is underpay for what they do and what they must endure everyday. I am impressed of what they get done with the little staff they have. This Lowes is well organized and neatly everything is in place. I don't see too many old faces here which tells me they are in need of help. For a Sunday it was pretty chill and to my surprise there were some irritated customers. These guys don't deserve it but they do well in handling the situations that arise. Nowadays to us that just want peace it's a must. I like coming here I just have a good vibe of humbling expectations. That is all. Chief Be the calm during the storm so that you can bring everyone safely home.

So, I stopped in yesterday for some water weld, which was easy to find thanks to the website giving the location in the store. So handy. Then, of course, I have to wander over to hardware and tools. I'm wandering around looking for the socket wrench sets because I'm sick of borrowing them from family members and never having what I need. A friendly man (unsure of his name) walked up and asked if I needed help. He showed me exactly where to look, and even checked in on me after a few minutes to see if I had any further questions. As a woman at a home improvement store, I usually expect to be judged, but this man was helpful, respectful, and simply great. No idea what his name is, but to that dude, THANK YOU!

Horrible customer service. The employees are zombies. Good luck getting a smile or greeting. You walk up to the employees and they pretend you are not there. The return desk is the worst! There are cashiers that are trying out for the roles of Walking Dead. The employees are always everywhere and most just stare aimlessly. Problem solving isn't available at the front desk. The only glimmer of life comes from Jonathan who works in the bathroom section. He's helpful and apologetic to walking dead.

I bought a fridge last November due to the fact the one the previous home owner's left was a piece of junk. It was scheduled to be installed between 8am and Noon. However, they loaded the delivery truck wrong and I didn't get it until 5pm. Workers came in with it took the plastic off put the handles on and laugh and left they didn't level it or line the doors as they were supposed to. Fast forward to 3 weeks ago I I'm in the process process of remiling my kitchen my installers realized that the fridge was missing a rear wheel so the had to be very careful about moving the fridge not to mess up the $3000 wood floor. I contacted Lowe's to let them know what was going on and they gave me the spell of you should have contacted us with within 6 months then we would have taken care of it now you have to contact Whirlpool Instead. Whirlpool says since it is a cosmetic issue it will not be covered under warranty if I had to pay $65 to get a rear wheel and installed. To find out that Lowe's was not going to cover it it took me 4 phone calls to get a final answer since they were not calling me back. Very very lacking and customer service they lost my business be very Larry about anybody by any appliances from them

By and by this could probably be a two-page review. But ultimately after seeing an article online about who is the clear winner between Home Depot and Lowe's triggered this memory that I still can't seem to shake since last Christmas but during the holiday season bought one of their special holiday houses for a friend who owns a food truck and it was a cute Christmas food truck after purchasing it the LED lights were broken upon receiving it and after given as a Christmas gift attempted to return after the holiday and was told it's a seasonal item and they would not honor the return. Even with being okay with a swap as the intent was a gift which showed another two items in inventory at a different store they still would not honor the swap let alone an in-store credit or refund. Ultimately time and time again it proves to be a more expensive store than the Big Orange monstrosity across the street but especially due to that and the higher prices if you cannot trust a return policy on an item that was defective upon purchasing it why would you ever go back. On top of poor customer service and not being able to handle it in store wasting 2 hours of my life on the phone when told to call customer support. Save your money go across the street or the even better place with a green and white Marquee LOL better quality and better treatment

BEWARE! Do NOT try to purchase appliances at Lowe's. The sales staff are happy to make the sale, but will not even apologize or attempt to help when things go wrong. We purchased an expensive Electrolux washer and dryer. They both arrived badly damaged, so the deliverymen took them back. They were supposed to take away our old stackable machines, but said they were not trained to take them apart. Called the store appliance dept. No apology or offer to call the warehouse for us. We were told to call the warehouse. Couldn't get an answer until the next day. My husband explained everything to the woman including the fact that we had to buy pedestals elsewhere (Lowe's had none) and needed machines installed on top of them. Today, new delivery came. Lowe's had hired a subcontractor to deliver. The deliverymen refused to install, and said they were only here to drop off machines. My husband asked them to call their office, which they did, and were told not to install. They said we had to call Lowe's. When my husband went in to get his phone, they drove off with the machines!!! My husband called the general manager who blamed the subcontractor, and asked that we give him a chance to make it right. My husband asked him to have new machines installed today, which of course he couldn't do. Asked for a refund, so we can go elsewhere. GM told us refund couldn't be processed until tomorrow when the warehouse confirms they have the machines. I sure hope the subcontractor returns those machines to the warehouse!!! OMG!!!

Horrible staff. I get they are understaffed but every employee we talked to had an attitude and loved to remind us they were short staffed. Sat in flooring for over 45 min, pushed the help button multiple times. Multiple people looking for help would wait and then walk away angry. We waited those 45min and then proceed to asked around for help....not one employee offered to help or help us find someone, that included the front end managers who proceeded the say "have a nice day!" In a very rude sarcastic way. Sad, was going to be flooring (carpet and hard wood) and a whole new kitchen set up (counters and cabinets). Home Depot treated us very well! Thanks for the referral!!

Plenty of selections of hardware and gardening the service checkout can be a little slow but that due to the business especially if you come to shop on weekends but overall good experience.

I ordered a fence for install at my home but they kept delaying the arrival of the fence so it took up to a whole year. For the fence to arrive once the fence arrives they told me that they have to cancel the order because the measurements were wrong so they came over and took another look they had all the measurements done and we were good but we needed To place another order so we did and we waited for 3 months and they tell me that the fence has arrived finally so I call to schedule the install and they keep telling me excuses on why they can't have anyone come out there anytime soon even after I gave them everything they needed including the permit and then I get a call telling me that they can't install the fence at my home because of how we wanted it installed I was so confused I asked what do you mean and they just gave me the most bullshit response so I have to take the products and build it myself

Came here to pick up a few things I needed for a project I am working on. Got in and out quickly, and was assisted by friendly staff. Checkout was fast, even though one of the self-checkouts that took cash was not working. Paint and professional/online pickup were busy, as is expected.

I ordered a deep freezer on May 18th. Deliver continues to be pushed back as of today, June 23, no delivery. Then on 6/3 I bought the matching refrigerator. It was delivered on 6/11, but didn't fit and had to be returned. I'm waiting on my credit so I can get a refrigerator that works and fits. Was told today, 12 days after it was returned that the credit JUST went in and it will be another 3-10 days for me to get it. This is how they operate, screwing over their customers. Go somewhere else if you know what's good for you. I will never again set foot in a Lowe's! You have lost my business.
