I've known Mark since my son, who graduated from high school last week, was a baby. Mark fitted him with his first shoes and many more after that and was a wonderful help and a good friend. Recommend him to anyone who needs good shoes and wants a personal touch from a seasoned pro in the field.

I got my first pair of shoes at McNally's when I was a kid (37 years ago). When my son needed his first pair we took him there as well. My daughter will get her first pair there next month. I actually went to preschool with the owner's son but have long since moved away. I'm so glad that there is still a small, family owned shoe store like McNally's that provides exceptional customer service. I hope the rocking horse is still there next month!

McNally's is a gem of a store. There aren't stores like this anymore, especially shoe stores, and Allen Park is lucky to have it. Mark is simply the best for many reasons-most importantly is that he is a best friend to your feet. He cares about your feet and is a serious expert in making sure your feet are taken care of-whether it is from a pair of shoes from his store or even another store. He keeps track of the details of you and your family so when you come in next he will know just what to do. An A+ experience and an A+ plus human. Thanks Mark for all you for Southeast Michigan feet.

It was like stepping back into a time that I didn't exist. Notes everywhere, just different than what I expected. I couldn't have made the best decision based on a recommendation in Facebook group. I needed a zipper repair on a pair of tall knee high sandals. They were able to repair the zipper. The price was so reasonable as I was expecting it to cost a lot more. He even gave me the heads up that it was a possibility of the price being higher due to the nature of the zipper and the length. I highly recommend. I even got a couple tomato trees for free. Such a wonderful place.

I needed my one year old fitted for shoes because nothing retail fit. Mark was welcoming and friendly. He was great with my child and gave us several options. We left feeling confident in our purchase and we will be back.

A dying breed. I was so happy to have found this store. When I first entered the store and met Mark (the owner) and saw all of his hand written notes strewn everywhere, and very few shoes, I thought "Well, this is going to turn out to be a wasted trip." Boy, was I wrong. Here is a man that knows shoes.....and as it turns out, feet too! I needed a very specific shoe that would fit over an orthopedic brace, with certain closures. After taking notes on an index card with my info and needs Mark got to work. I must have tried on a dozen pairs of 4 different manufacturers in a myriad of sizes before this Cinderella was fitted with the magic slipper. I thought I was going to have to buy 2 pairs of the same shoe in order to fit the foot with an AFO and then the good foot was a size smaller. Didn't happen. He put the decades old wooden shoe stretchers in and then a beautiful old cast iron tool that stretched the tight spot over the pinky toe and I had a perfect fit. I bought two pairs and am taking both the grandsons back tomorrow to buy their school shoes. My husband said he thinks he'll get a pair too. He spent 45 minutes with me as a customer and insured I was happy. And, I priced the same shoes online when I got home. I was charged the same as the big stores where I would not have gotten the personal service. Please keep stores like this in business. Stop sending your money in faceless stores where they know or care what your name is. Get your info on your own index card to be strewn on the floor. You'll be glad you did. UPDATE: Went back the following morning with hubby and grandsons in tow. One happy customer turned into 5 sales. This store is like the kind we'll be "remember when" if we don't keep it in business.

This is a shoe store but more importantly it's were you go if you need to make sure your shoes must fit.Mark is an excellent professional for anything you need done with your shoes and feet.He saved my clubfoot and I walk great because of him.Since 1982 he's been there for Allen park.
