i switched from CVS to this meijer and it was the BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER i have never in my life had so many problems with a pharmacy the way i have with this one. They never refill my prescriptions unless i call and i used to get txt msg alerts now i dont and they dont know why. When i call to ask if my prescriptions are ready for pickup they say yes, when i get there they are NOT ready i dont understand how this happens every single time, and they never have my prescription in stock and dont tell me that until i arrive even though they lie and say yes its ready over the phone! ive never written a bad review ever in my life but this pharmacy is just horrible!

Only 2 lanes open 1 being self check out one being a regular manned check out lane left for 20 minutes and came back (and believe me the line was much much much longer before I left) this is terrible you got the entire half of the parking lot full of cars on the sides of the open doors, let alone even reaching to the other side of the store where yet the doors still remain closed it disgusts me that businesses and corporations complain over lack of employees when they the major stores not only seen a massive increase in revenue but doubling previous years on top of closing earlier by hours, on top of cutting half their employees(making current employees match the work load) yet business revenues still remain higher than pre covid revenues, while closing multiple hours earlier then pre covid hours, while forcing twice the work on current employees, while turning down most people looking for employment (they want college level employees) then they complain there’s no employees honesty so disgusting

Not very good service. Staff was rude and consistently not charging the correct amount for our prescriptions. Also had 2 prescriptions shy a couple of pills. When we complained about the service we were told well you can always go elsewhere.My doctor even advised me to pick another pharmacy as he didnt trust this one.

Have not had any issues. Transferred from CVS (horrible service) to here and it has been great. Love they have a drive up window to pickup/drop off. Drive up path is small so hopefully when you go, there is no long line because it can be frustrating where the line starts. Other than that, it’s great.

Nothing but good experiences at this Meijer Pharmacy! Everyone is friendly and helpful. I've been having issues with my insurance for the past week and today they spent an hour going above and beyond to help me figure out what was going on-- and they got it! They always run my prescriptions through GoodRX too, to help me save money. Excellent staff and good prices!!

Wow !!!great servicemen meal was on a professional level . The turkey was fully cook and the tag contiments were persistent to the accuracy. I truly recommend a Thanksgiving dinner from this Meijer location ENJOY .Good job ASSOCIATES. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK DURING THE HOLIDAYS. HATS OFF TO THE GENERAL MANAGEMENT.

Meijer in Allen Park has the worst customer service of any store I have ever shopped in. I have not shopped and Meijer in a while because of the terrible customer service always receive at the Allen Park store. They asked me to come back and offered me $5.00 off on my next purchase on my Mperks card. So after working out at the GYM next door I had a taste for one of their sandwiches I liked so thought I would give it a try? What a mistake. While I grabbed the sandwich, I also needed some Jam and they were out of 2 of the flavors I wanted (when I used to shop there it was not usually for 10-20 % of what I needed being out of stock). The staff I encountered was rude, and to top it off they didn't give me my $5.00 off! The store said that was an Mperks they could not help me! I Called Mperks later when I go home, they apologized, said the coupon was "stuck" in the system but they assured me they were releasing it now! I thanked them but not worth my time to go back to that store in hopes of getting my $5.00 off!

I just spent 28 minutes waiting in line at 9 pm on a Monday. Only two or three cashiers. Shelves were almost bare and out of four items on my list of 12 things. Reshop carts EVERYWHERE. There were no workers on the floor (which I guess is why there were no cashiers, either. None to call to work a register.) Lines everywhere up to 20 people long. At 9 pm. On a non-holiday Monday. And this is only the worst I've seen the lines. There are ALWAYS lines. Not so at the nearby Kroger or Target. Most of the few employees, including my cashier, were not wearing masks during the pandemic with the delta variant on the rise. The bottle return has not been open the past six or seven times I've tried. Woman in front of me asked whether they were hiring, and cashier said they desperately need workers, but they are still paying only minimum wage. I support Michigan companies, but I'll never go back to this Meijer. Ever. I'll go to the plenty of other options in the same area. Pro tip: If you are losing customers, you probably should up your wages to land more workers and keep your customers from leaving angry. Just hoping my frozen foods aren't melted by the time I get home.
