*Update* After waiting on hold several times combined 2 and a 1/2 hours they issued a refund and when i went to reorder the swimsuit for my granddaughter it was no longer available in her size.
Order 2 swimsuits. Received email of estimated delivery dates one on July 12th and the second on on July 16th. Received the one swimsuit on the 12th. The second suit did not show up. The 17th I called customer service and they sent me link to fill out claim and said it would take at least 24 hours for an email back. It is now July 20th. I called again sat on hold for 25 minutes and the tried to do the chat option. She wanted to send link to do a claim and I when I told her I already did claim she quit responding to me. I am now currently sitting on hold again for 35 minutes so far waiting to talk to someone.

The older lady with the fedora and the gum chewing like a crazy person is so rude. EVERYTIME I GO. I live close by so I’m here pretty often. I think she’s even a manager. Always cocky and rude with rude comments. The lady in front of me told her she didn’t have an email and she’s like you have a phone in your hand just say you don’t wanna do it everyone has an email?!?! I’ve let people go in front of me just to avoid having any interaction with her at all. Find a different field customer service is CLEARLY not your passion.

Very inconvenient experience. I had to make a quick stop after work to find some items for a trip. I spent an hour looking for things. I made it to the fitting room 35 mins before closing thinking I still had a good 15-20 mins to try on the items. I was not let into the fitting rooms. I was told they close 30 mins before closing due to sanitizing. This was extremely inconvenient given I wasted an hour looking for things. There is no sign that states this and it was never announced on a speaker. I wasted my time. I asked if I could try at least a few of the items, but I was not allowed. Extremely inconvenient and frustrating. There literally were only 3 people in the store. I ended up having to still buy a portion of the items because I had already wasted my time and had to drive 25 mins to get to the store. Now I will likely have to waste my time again to return anything that didn't fit me. Never coming back to this location.

Picked up my order due to having 2 small children with me this was easiest to do. Wow is all I can say very rude staff will not be back to this location !! They really need people working here who enjoy working with the public. These women were miserable and awful to speak to !

This location has yet to disappoint me. Even on the busiest days you can get out of here pretty quickly. They usually always have my size and clothes and shoes. The customer service is always decent, there's a few people that will recognize me since I feel like I'm starting to become a regular there. Prices have definitely gone up at Old Navy, but so has the quality. I still think that they have some pretty decent sales especially during the holidays right now.

Very nice about online returns. They don't hassle you or make you feel ashamed about it. I have anxiety and order most of my clothes online. I order a bunch of different sizes (because of inconsistent sizing among brands and within the brand) and styles and keep the ones that fit and return the rest. Glad I can take the pieces in not going to keep back to a brick and mortar and be treated kindly and with respect. Thank you.
