Person told me they can’t be in bags but was annoyed because I said not true. 2 minutes later I get a message saying my clothes were done, that they were too old. 1/4 of them had tags on it, called her on it and she said she saw one stain on a shirt so once they do, they do not have time to look at the rest.

The worst experience ever don't buy or sell anything here! Rude employees, and the clothes that they actually buy is not trendy or in good condition.

Good selection of resale clothes for prices often better that Salvation Army! Highly recommend.

Good selection of clothes in multiple sizes! They organized things by size and type of clothing, which I found helpful. Everything was decently priced and I left very happy! Absolutely gonna come back

This place is just more and more disappointing. I brought in over 20+ items and they only took 4. Included in that 4 was a Steve Madden purse in amazing condition they tried offering me $4.00 for. Levi jeans , fashion nova , toms , etc and your telling me none of those are “ trendy products” but you look on the racks and all the items they have are dirty, stink, or have rips. Make it make sense ?

Music is set so high you cannot even process your thoughts.Prices are also subject. However, Breezy was their greatest, most beautiful, talented, kindest employee. She kept me going back to that specific location.Would like to see more rack space as it is extremely difficult to look through the clothing racks everything is so close together.Overall, quality garments, a little pricy, and comparable to purchasing new on some brands.

I go through quite a bit of expensive clothing quite often for work and just in everyday life and try to keep up with stylish trends. It is always nice having this place to turn to as a way of getting some money from them when it's time to retire them. Whatever they don't buy I just take to the thrift store. At times I have gotten close to $100! Staff is always very friendly and this location is much nicer and cleaner than others.

I took some clothes in to sell. They asked for so much personal information I felt uncomfortable giving it. I started asking questions no one could or would answer. The businesses perspective is that customers are trying to cheat the store no matter what. The manager said it was the law to give personal info over to sell her used clothes. I asked what law? I seriously have never heard of this anywhere in my entire life. No one could answer my questions. Shut up. Give me all your personal info. Be silent if not happy or leave. I wasn't allowed to give my business information either. Yes, I asked why and said that I was just trying to understand why. My items were given back and I was asked to leave and never return. Not everyone's out to get you, lady. Or are you doing something you shouldn't, I wonder? One star because she wasn't rude.

Horrible experiences. I’ve been here a few times and 9/10 I received horrible service. I’ve read the reviews of the workers being racist towards people of color & I am starting to believe it. They spew that they only accept items within a certain season, make year, and styles acceptable, yet each time I’ve brought in items they all get sent back. Popular brands with 1-2 months of wear with nothing wrong with them! No further explanations as to why, always just “it’s not in season”. The next morning/afternoon it’s accepted by another associate with no problem. The curly haired, freckle faced woman is always the one to deny me. Don’t go in the mornings either, the blonde woman with the ponytail will deny all your items too! SAD.

So many 1-star reviews of people experiencing racism and under every review the store doesn’t accept responsibility and instead deflects. I experienced this in February 2018 when they didn’t accept my items, but when my Caucasian friend brought in MY SAME EXACT ITEMS they accepted them. I’m not sure what the demographics of the store is now but back then it wasn’t very minority friendly, which isn’t a surprise because not one apology nor acceptance of responsibility under MANY 1-star racist reviews of this store. Only deflections, so clearly their attitude isn’t changing. This will be evidenced by more deflection if they decide to respond, they always respond as if people are making things up and didn’t have racist experiences at this store but the shear amount of accounts is evidence enough

Was not informed of any of their “requirements” for selling. While the condition of the product is an understandable thing, being told that the “odor” of my clean clothes is the reason that they won’t purchase my hardly worn branded clothing is ridiculous. There are multiple appropriate ways to say that you take freshly washed clothes than what I was told. Furthermore, when I was returning to pick up my clothes their new employee was extremely rude and clearly unaware of how to properly perform her job. She had no idea which basket was mine even after asking for my name, nor did she bother to look for the bag of clothes that was directly next to my basket with my name also marked on it. If your employees go through “extensive training,” then why are they not able to properly perform their job. Even if her forgetting my bag of clothes was a miscommunication between other employees, she needed to ask more questions to make sure everything was handled properly. While this location has always had rude employees, I have never dealt with anything like this. I will no longer be returning to this location to buy or sell clothes as a result of my continuous negative encounters.

I would love to give this place 5 stars if they would get rid of their plug-in air "fresheners". Those things are incredibly toxic and make the entire dressing room area stink. I was waiting for my son as he was trying on clothes and I found that thing and unplugged it. It was giving me a horrible headache. Please consider some non-toxic ways of deodorizing your store.
