Walked in to try to change my name after getting married. Was told I needed an appointment. None of their times she offered fit my schedule so I left. Not sure why I can't just come in like a normal place of business and wait my turn. But then went online to schedule an appointment and there were many more options, even a few for today. We will be finding a new bank if we can't just walk in at our convenience to take care of business. Very bad policy.

I got to the branch 5min before close with a Zelle issue and the VP branch manager Sumer-Marie was so polite and helpful that she stayed 20 minutes after close to help with other matters…It really makes a difference when you meet people like her! I just wish she was working at my local branch to be honest.

If you "Need to sit down with a banker?" like their sign out front says DO NOT trust their claim that "Our virtual line was made for you." After scanning the QR code and indicating what we needed assistance with, I received a reply back that "Great! You’re next in line, and we’ll be with you soon." After 30 minutes we asked the receptionist how much longer the wait was and were told that they didn't know because no one was available at the moment and some people who walked in after us would be seen first. Apparently this is because the virtual line is separate from appointments made in some other manner set for a specific time and that the virtual line just means you will be squeezed in *if* someone cancels or a banker ends up with time between other appointments. Nothing indicated this is how it worked on the sign or during the process or joining the virtual line NOR did the receptionist who we had spoken to before joining the line say anything about this being the case- despite us telling her that we had just successfully made an appointment (after being advised that the service we walked in for was by appointment only) and that we excited since it said we were next in line.

Great having Michelle to guide us with our church accounts, and when someone tried hacking PASTOR Russ account.

The customer service is possibly the most unfriendly and disrespectful I've ever experienced. Avoid this branch at all costs.

I just became a customer a Month ago, I had to call the Branch for a question and I called the location in Brownstown first. I was on hold 12mins-hung up, called Allen Park location and Michelle answered my call in 1min. She was patient, answered all my questions, didn’t rush me off the phone and didn’t make me feel like she was too busy. That’s what I look for when rating a business, so for me, this is an excellent first impression. Btw, I’m looking for a new bank, so I signed up with 3 Banks—to get the Bank Bonus and to see which one has the best App that aligns with my savings goals. So far PNC is #1!!!!

Understaffed and not able or unwilling to meet the needs of their customers. Very difficult to do business with.

Very bad experience on this site, I wanted to withdraw some cash and the lady keep asking me weird questions why I came and why I am here, she didn’t gave me the high bills and was rude to me. then I decided to leave and canceled everything. I am customer since 2015 and it’s my first bad experience

My favorite bank because of its easy ATM drive thru access. There are two drive up ATM's instead of just one like most banks. It keeps customers moving which means no waiting. I bank here several times a month and never had to wait for an ATM. I use the PNC app as well but come to this brick and mortar location for my onsite services.

Tony Tuccini (branch manager) runs a great operation over there. He is knowledgeable, helpful, and really makes it feel like a small town branch.
