“I don't think a lot of these people leaving bad reviews understand that this store is owned by a mom and pops, not the multi billion dollar UPS corporation, lol. Two different companies. THAT'S why they charge to tape YOUR boxes that YOU are responsible for. If they taped everyone's boxes for free, they'd go out of business and you'd have nowhere to return your multiple Amazon returns (that the company was forced to take and makes PENNIES on), which would affect your extreme shopping addiction. And did you know MOST of your Amazon returns go to a landfill? They're not resold. They go to the trash. The carbon footprint you are leaving behind, to get the items to you, to get them back to Amazon, and then to have them shipped to a landfill is MASSIVE. Don't act like you care about the environment. And if you're sharp enough to create an Amazon account, and make a purchase, then your able to figure out how to set up an Amazon return without demanding a UPS store employee hold your hand through it! They do NOT work for Amazon and DO NOT get paid to do that. In fact, no one should be touching your filthy phone for health reasons AND the liability risk. I'll leave with this: READ THE DIRECTIONS. If your return says customer packed, have it boxed and taped up, or be willing to pay for it. If it says no box no label, for God's sake, bring it in without a box, please and thank you. From a fellow customer who watches you badger these kind employees on a daily basis.”
