This Rite Aid became my default after the closing of the store on Allen Rd & Oakwood. It was sad that Allen Rd closed too it was my default since late 2012 I had a wonderful relationship with my Pharmacist they took very good care of me. Preet was at the Allen Rd location before I stared coming there and she was amazing always there smiling quick, and efficient she handled all my vaccines and covid shots so gently. Here at store #04445 Southfield Rd. location I was happy working with Pharmacist Brandon he was a sweetheart he always found good rx discounts for me, he was so easy to talk with, and briefly Preet came to the same store so I had both my best Pharmacist under 1 roof!! Now no Preet nor Brandon again, no quality phone service which I truly miss!! Rite Aid has so many great points the we will not see again, calling a pharmacy now you have to leave a number and wait for a call back regardless what your asking about then the rude managers answer NO questions nor will put you through to speak with pharmacy it's "call number and THEY will call you back," they do not attempt to find or get you discounts on Good RX or your secondary insurance. Most pharmacies left are no where near the care and quality that Rite Aid staff showed their customers! I will MISS your stores Rite Aid I hope you rebrand and open with the same staff Good Luck my fingers are crossed for NEW AID return!!! XOXO!!!

We love this pharmacy and am sorry to see it close. Brandon has been exceptionally helpful since we moved here four years ago. Always goes the extra mile. The entire staff Ashley, Megan, wish I could name them all, are excellent. As is everyone up front. They all will be sorely missed.

This open communication can go a long way in restoring the pharmacy's reputation.In conclusion, the issue of rats at Rite Aid Pharmacy is not only disgusting but also poses significant health risks and threatens the very core of their business. Swift and decisive action is required to address the problem, from extermination to improved sanitation and staff training. Only by taking these steps can Rite Aid Pharmacy hope to recover from this unsettling situation and rebuild the trust of its customers. One last thing, A female Pharmacy Dept. employee named, Josie, Is the rudest, unfriendly, most unprofessional person! She claims she's been with the corporation for 45 years and I definitely can't tell! ???????????

I return a product for $26.00 on my debt card they couldn't give me money back cuz they don't have the money in drawer. The Manger coca was very rude to me come back when they have money..to me I should use a credit card then debt..you don't have 27.00 in your store..sad

This rite aid always has what I need, very conveniently located next to my sub. Consistently a fast stop on my way to and from work. Also Miss Cocoa’s friendly face makes shopping here a treat!!
