Been going there since they opened. Never had a bad experience till yesterday when I went for a pedicure. The guy who did it obviously was not feeling well, back hurt. He was ready to leave and they made him stay to take care of me. I said I can wait, you don’t have to stay. Well I don’t think he had a choice and unfortunately I paid the price. My feet were not done well, cut me twice and messed up the polish on 2 toes and no one offered to fix them. I don’t think I will ever go back. Time to find another place.

I was a regular customer of the original owner Nancy . I stopped going 3 yrs ago because I got a nail fungus . today I needed 3 nails repaired and a fill in. Older male. Here’s the thing I will never give Rose nails my business again, I’m sure they won’t care. I informed him that my nails were thin and I did not want them filed he started speaking in his dialect , and began filing my nails it was uncomfortable , I didn’t complain I pulled my hand back , he said sorry spoke again in his language . I decided to put my phone on translate . Women of color what he said I will not display . But what I will say is I’ve decided to speak with counsel about this . Paying my money to Rose nails and to be insulted . I won’t accept and he had the nerve to ask did I want to give a tip. For the way he spoke of me with his peers, I know that he would not have done so in English . I’m not advocating for a boycott of this “back yard salon “,very sloppy .But I will say Women of color please put your phones on translate . And Do Not Erase .

Today on 2/23/25 worst nail place to go to they are rude, prices are high if your my color and they only speak English to lighter skin tone people. How sad, I came in for a service and received a bunch of mess and I still paid after being unsatisfied with there service and I never got nasty or disrespectful to them but the lady was speaking in her on language saying things about me. So here I am posting this incident that happened today. I needed to add this important part of the visit, they never even asked me to go wash my hands, 2 different people lady wasn't very nice and ignored what you asked for and the man was just as bad he turned angry where he became aggressive never in life very bad experience for my first trip to there place and still paid

Went there on a whim. Looking for a new nail salon. Got the best manicure. OUTSTANDING!!! This will be my new place.

literally every time has been such a good experience. it's such a small gem because you wouldn't think to go there. but they are so kind, professional and put a lot of effort into their work. 10/10!

I have been here about 10 times and every time I'm impressed! They truly care about their work which I really appreciate when getting my nails done. The store is inside the meijer so it's really enjoyable because you know you're in a safe location. The cleanliness of the salon could be improved but I think it's because the retail store is old. If you're looking for a relaxed place and want your nails coming out beautiful, this is your place!

Wow I thought they did a great job on pedicure it was nice and still looks great also got lashes done as well and they were great as well normally I drive to Detroit to get them done but I loved the way they look at I went on a Sunday when they openedServices: Pedicure

it's local and not overly expensive. service depends on who you get. i usually get a simple manipedi, so usually a decent job.i only go when i have a special occasion, so i can't speak to quality of the more intensive work.

$55 pedi cure for my nails to look terrible. I do not recommend. Especially if you are black.
