Thank you for allowing my purchase with a license from North Carolina, they treated me very well, they are very friendly, not like at cosmoprof. I went after visiting you and you treated me with racism and I cannot follow the 000 zero that I need.

They have good selection. Always clean. Staff is always nice and try to be helpful. Prices used to be more reasonable but they've increased sharply over the past few years.

My husband and I being African American we're followed around the store closely and it truly bothered me. The following stopped once I actually made the purchase.

I used to like shopping at this location but due unprofessional store associate I will not return as a customer. The white female constantly follows only the black customers around the store. She never follows the non-black customers around the store.

Very poor experience. My sister and I (both African American) were followed around the store and asked by every single employee (3 at the time) if we needed help, multiple times. The short blonde, heavy set woman even came up and grabbed the items I was going to purchase out of my hands for some reason and put them on the counter. And like another commenter stated, the woman with the purple hair kept following us around and asking if we needed help. I didn't see anyone else, who wasn't Black, being followed around the store and berated. And every where I went in the store, one of the three workers were conveniently "cleaning/fixing" up a shelf next to me, even though there was nothing to be fixed. Also, I'm trying to understand why Sally's, or maybe it was just the women at this particular store, made me pay 15 cent for a bag for my things. So because Sally's decided to go "eco friendly", or so I was told at the register, customers have to pay for bags to carry their purchased items out of the store in? I have gone to this Sally's for years and I have never been treated like this, but this is my last time purchasing from Sally's ever again. I will not be returning.

My sister and I (African- American) were followed around the store by the white workers. I believe it was racially motivated as I never saw them interact with the white customers. Will not be returning.

Very unpleasant and unprofessional. Asked for help and employee didn't know anything about hair products. Uneducated.

Tall lady with purple hair is very unprofessional and most likely discriminated against me. I am all for being safe, she asked me to wait outside in the cold because there cannot be more than 10 people in the shop, there were 7. Once one customer left I went in and recounted, seven (including employees). Two groups of two people came in after me after some time and she did not stop them, even though no one left. When I was checking out, she kept stalling with her client and then had the other girl ring me up and kept starring at me. I’m disappointed this happened, no one should be felt the way this cashier made me feel by abusing a good policy.

They gave me a coupon for my Birthday! I went to use it the day it expired on February 1st. So I still bought my product, because I need it for the salon I work at! How is a coupon expired on the day of expiration? You should still be able to use the coupon the day of expiration. So they told me to call corporate. The corporate woman asked for my email and then told me she didn't see a coupon in my email for my birthday. Then told me to send her the coupon like I was lying! I hung up because it was my day off and I already spent 40minutes on the phone and didn't appreciate someone acting like I'm lying to them about something the company sent me! I get people do that but I'm not like that I'm not a liar and it's not that serious I also had another issue with this store a few years back they were closing and wouldn't even let me come in and grab something really quick. Like the nice people in Georgia did Sad part is I unfortunately live by this one and I like Sally's earrings but I will drive further just to get better service I told the corporate lady they lost my money I really don't even want to go to Sally's after this but again I love their earrings

Always a great place to shop. Some of the ladies are very helpful and are pretty educated on hair dye. It's my go to place.
