The assistant manager displayed a lack of politeness and respect when I approached to return some items. Instead of handling the situation with courtesy, he expressed displeasure, mentioning that my request was impacting his performance metrics.

Horrible customer service. Was waiting to get a flip phone for my dad. They charged me $80 for it yet Kroger sells it for $20. Unfortunately didn’t realize this until after I bought it. Wanted to speak to the assistant manager about it but he just ignored me. We have 3 lines with this company and they still don’t care.

This is my fourth visit to this store and I still have not received help. Firstly, this store smells weird. Secondly, this place always has a long wait time no matter how many customers are present. Thirdly, the customer service is severely subpar. They lost a potential customer with their unprofessional antics.

Sorry I have never written a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE review before but here it is! The most unexperienced sales representatives at the store and over the phone. Wow I finally got my husband to switch to another provider and she solved the problem, why my husband's phone stopped working. Please don't waste your time!!!

Absolutely the worst decision we’ve ever made was switching to Verizon. We truly feel like we were scammed. We were straight up lied to. I still have the paper where the guy quoted us what our monthly bill would be if we took the promotions. We are STUCK for 3 years paying $150 more than what he promised. Which is a hell of a lot more than what we paid before ever stepping foot in that store. We went there to find something cheaper because money is tight and now we struggle paying other bills because this guy had no idea what he was doing. For the first couple months the bill was $700 because he didn’t apply a single promotion correctly. Customer service told us to just pay it and it will correct the following month and we would get a credit. It took MONTHS. We had to open a line of credit just to be able to get by. Then when it was corrected we were told too much time had gone by to back out and now we are stuck. When it was Verizon that told us to wait it out in the first place. We still have issues almost every month and it’s only been 6 months. God only knows what the next 2.5 years is going to be like. We can’t break contract or change it at all or we will have to pay full price for everything. Tell me this was not a scam?! “There’s nothing we can do” is all we get from customer service. I feel held hostage and I can’t wait for the day we can leave.

This place is horrible, if you buy a phone online and pick it up at this store the staff are downright nasty to you, they will not help you get started, I had a server hand me my new phone in a bag then rush over to where a couple needed help with a possible purchase for her...nasty and sold me me the wrong phone case for the phone, because it was near closing time the staff were all standing there shaking their Car keys to hint to me to leave. Terrible people. The same problem happened to me 2 years earlier and the nastiness continues ..
