The staff was absolutely lovely! I got assited by Donna and Tabitha during my visits here. The location is always clean and orderly and the staff as stated before is always lovely and polite to work with! I have never been so happy to switch banks and set up new accounts, and I have never found the process to be as seamless! My last banks were nowhere near as friendly or informative as Mercantile, specifically this Alma location which took the time to answer all of my dumb questions and make me feel heard and secure! Thank you Alma Mercantile and the amazing staff!

I enjoy the people who work here, they are nice and helpful. They helped me since the old commercial bank closed down, when we had the old walk-through building open, by the drive through.

Literally the worst place for the ATM on the side of the building. At the end of a normally busy lane. Not very ideal for quick cash. So plan ahead.
