Employees are always very helpful, and knowledgeable. If they don't know an answer then they call someone that can give us the correct answer. Wonderful to have a store in our town that we can run to so we don't have to be on the phone for hours and hours! The two employees that were there that day were very helpful, respectful of our time and didn't try to sell this a bunch of things that we didn't need. They were knowledgeable about services. Definitely glad to have them in Alpena, Michigan

I am not phone savvy and heard that the AT&T techs were very helpful unlike Verizon where you have to wait and they rush you. The AT&T store is light bright and beautiful. I purchased a phone and the sales tech patiently explained the phone to me and answered my questions. I only had to wait 10 minutes.

Jacob was great at getting me the best deal possible with a huge trade in and helping me transfer my phone and he even applied my screen protector for me. The girl working there was also very knowledgeable.
