“We had a Jeep issue with our paint. It was covered under our warranty. We were sent to Plowman Collision because the dealership up north didn't have a bodyshop.
Plowman's Collision customer service is outstanding. They had to deal with the issue of getting the AMW 505 decal for the hood. That's where the paint issue was. Back and forth with the company on the decal said they mailed it out, but didn't we are a month. I reached out to the company a bunch of times. Finally, they got the decal it was wrong. They went a step above and beyond. reached out to another company to have a decal made. We are waiting for the decal once we get it. I will post photos.
We will use Plowman's Collision for our other 2015 Jeep it's in need of some rust
dings and paint issues.

“This is for Bob Cramer at store #4355! He was a life saver. Was camping in Harrisville, while out site seeing our truck over heated. Limped the truck over 25 miles to get checked at a Chevy or GMC dealer only to find out that they could not see us until the following week. Ended up at store #4355 shared with Bob what was happening. He not only had the parts in stock, but also sent us to a place to have it fixed!!! My faith is once more restored and will be forever thankful to Bob Cramer and store #4355!”
