“I have a newer model vehicle that requires some professional maneuvering to change the headlights. I didn’t have any luck with making an appointment at other body shops in town (not their fault, I know it’s a busy time for all businesses). I called McDonald Bros last minute and they squeezed me in and had my car with new headlight bulbs done in less than an hour and for the cost of what I basically had in my pocket. “This is for Bob Cramer at store #4355! He was a life saver. Was camping in Harrisville, while out site seeing our truck over heated. Limped the truck over 25 miles to get checked at a Chevy or GMC dealer only to find out that they could not see us until the following week. Ended up at store #4355 shared with Bob what was happening. He not only had the parts in stock, but also sent us to a place to have it fixed!!! My faith is once more restored and will be forever thankful to Bob Cramer and store #4355!”

The staff were very helpful and super friendly. While the weather was about 100 degrees, they also insisted and welcomed my dog and I to stay inside to cool down while my friend tried to help me service my car.”

I just have to say, Marc and Rick in the service department were beyond my expectations of helpful this afternoon. Nobody wants to spend outrageous amounts of money on tires and they saved me $300! On top of that, I was of no inconvenience to them after calling twice and stopping in there to be sure that my price matched tires were the accurate ones before placing an order.
