“I hit a deer with my Ford f-150. I took my claim number and the truck over to Plowman's and Steve came out took a look at it. He said he'd order the parts for it right away to expedite the repair that way I can use my vehicle until the parts came in. I use it as a tow vehicle and needed it. Once the parts came in I took the truck over and it was fixed in 2 days. Looks great they cleaned it up really nicely too. Got to say that the people there are excellent to work with had no problems whatsoever. Definitely could recommend Plowman's if you have body work to do. Steve, Sharon and Brian great people to work with.”
“So incredibly happy with their work. I have a before and after pictures of my truck. Had them install a 8inch lift and 3 Inch body lift. Drives great! Reasonably priced labor. Russ was great to work with! My only complaint is it took forever to get it done but also had to wait on parts here n there. Overall 100 recommended 👌. Thank you all! 😊”

“My jeep was destroyed by a hale storm right before my vacation. The drivers side of my car was done for… windows cracked, back window broken, paint chipped and dents all over, it was horrible. They walked me through everything and kept me knowledgeable about my repair process. We have USAA so working with them was difficult and long but our experience with Marsh’s collision couldn’t be any more than exceptional! One week before vacation I am now back in my vehicle and I simply can not stop smiling or taking pictures!”

“This is for Bob Cramer at store #4355! He was a life saver. Was camping in Harrisville, while out site seeing our truck over heated. Limped the truck over 25 miles to get checked at a Chevy or GMC dealer only to find out that they could not see us until the following week. Ended up at store #4355 shared with Bob what was happening. He not only had the parts in stock, but also sent us to a place to have it fixed!!! My faith is once more restored and will be forever thankful to Bob Cramer and store #4355!”

“I work in retail so I judge tough on my reviews. I had a tire issue on my way home to Alpena. I pulled into Walmart Alpena at 6:30 on Sunday when they close at 7. I ended up just needing a patch on my tire but the staff didnt blink an eye. Had me out before the shop closed and actually saved me over the stress of a large snow storm coming. Every employee that worked this evening was so nice and fixed my problems ASAP. Thank you so much. I appreciate you guys.”
