“Our pickup truck was badly damaged by hail. Justin and his crew did a fabulous job of restoring it to even better than pre-storm condition. He explained every step carefully, was reasonable in price and excellent at dealing with the insurance company. He was patient, kind, and professional, and his will now be our shop for life. “What a great place! Recently had an awful experience at a dealership downstate with what was supposed to be a brake job which wasn't done. Came here and felt comfortable immediately. Cory and Brandon listened to my concerns, I left my vehicle for inspection and received a phone call from Brandon telling me I needed new front brakes. “If i could seriously rate this place over 10 stars i would. im a first time car owner. i bought a 02 cadillac deville. my car ended up with my check engine light flashing, all lights went out, and a power/battery issue. i took my car all around alpena, and was told no one would touch it. i was sent to over 8 different places. so finally, i went to my coworker and his dad ended up being Steve at J&S auto.. so i decided to give it a go. Steve was reassuring and very kind even though he thought my car was a goner. he gave it a chance. he was backed up for about 2 weeks but got me in as soon as he could, which was about 3 days, and fixed up my car within 1 1/2 days. he called regularly and broke everything down in SO much detail, to keep me updated. he has resonable prices, better than anywhere ive gone. he took dedication on working on my car all night to morning. he’s a GOD of a mechanic and i will now ONLY take my vehicles to J&S Auto.Services: Electrical”
