Its older, but clean and tasteful, the owners are great! Right across from the lake and park, great location. We rented the 2 room suite for the weekend, it was perfect with 2 bathrooms and a kitchen. Everything you need for a vacation. Highly recommend.

Right across from the city park in Alpena. There was a nice splash pad and playground area next to the lake at the park. Nice mom and pop motel.
