“The Walgreens in West Branch was recommended for my prescriptions. My pharmacy is closing. I went to pick up my first script, they were personable, polite, friendly. It was amazing how on top of everything the associates were. The drive thru was very efficient in and out in approximately 4 mins. I love this place.”

“Been using Meijer pharmacy for years, Alpena Meijer for the last 8. Have had some difficult experiences, and times where staff has gone above and beyond. What I've learned if you get exactly what you give, staff there are always willing to help in anyway way they can including more than they even need to. The amount of times ive watched flat out jerk-off people yell at and blame staff for their prescriptions not being right, when its literally the person's doctor, is just staggering. All these negative reviews on Google seem to be people that are jerk offs to staff and seem to think theyre the only customer in the entire store when they go up the pharmacy counter. Get over yourself, stop being a jerk to staff and maybe you'll have a good experience. I 100% recommend Alpena Meijer Pharmacy, they got the good stuff”

“This pharmacy has gone through hell with staffing issues and trying to fill hundreds of prescriptions, sometimes sent at the last minute, right before the patient runs out. They keep a good attitude under pressure and always try to accommodate, or at least they will POLITELY tell you it just will have to wait until tomorrow.”
