“I was in alpena on vacation. Truck needed to go into the shop for repair. Went to the popular name car rental place in town. 25 cars in the lot and apparently they had none to rent to me. Called up Suzie, she came and picked me up from the big chain rental place. I had a car within the half hour. Very happy with her professionalism promptness and the accommodation for picking me up. Will definitely call her first if I need another in town rental.Thank you”
