120 N Broadway St, Lowell MI 49331
“Outstanding team and customer service. I recently had a package delivered to the wrong address. I filled out a USPS service request via phone but went to the local branch to double check. Team member Jason was already investigating and he personally drove to the address where my mail was delivered to inquire. The recipient was kind enough to return my packages in person and Jason stopped by to ensure I received them. He also brought a few mail pieces back to me. Thank you, Jason and Lowell Post Office staff!!!”

“The service is so great, way beyond my expectation! Short for a few dollars for a money order. The staff graciously paid from her own pocket for me. Thank you so much Wendi! You are the best!”
