I made the switch to AT&T so I came in to inquire about a few things. Jay Morgan was a huge help. Jay Morgan went over bundle deals, as well ass individual pricing of the plans. I’ve never had any one be so patient and explain everything with me. Thank you again for your help Jay ?

This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. I was duped and stolen from, and was not helped when I needed it. I came to AT&T from Verizon looking to get a new phone number and plan. When I got to the store, everyone was very unhelpful, especially the manager Jay Morgan. They barely talked to me, did not provide me information on my plan or prices of anything. They forgot multiple things when applying my plan to my bill as well. Not only did they make me have to come back to the store multiple times to fix their mistake and carelessness, they also stole money from me because they work on commission. The manager, Jay Morgan, is who I worked with most of the time and he was very unhelpful and unprofessional. He would not tell me what my plan cost or what plan I had even though I asked multiple times, he would just say "it's around x amount of money" without a definitive answer. When I finally got my phone set up, I had to keep coming back to the store because they forgot to switch multiple settings on my phone and did not want to help me each time.
Not only did this all happen, but when I finally got my account set up, I saw that Jay had signed me up for the more expensive plan, even though I asked to be put on the cheapest plan. He also did not waive my activation fee even though I told him multiple times that I am an EMU student and I should have discounts and the fee waved. He CHOSE and FORGOT to not to put that information down on my account. He also signed me up for a protection plan that cost even more when I didn't even know about it, so he did that just for extra money on my account without consulting me. He continuously would not tell me any information about my billing, account status, or who to contact if things went wrong. He was not helpful at all.
I went to the corporate store in Ann Arbor instead to ask someone else what to do. Not only did they tell me that I was the second person that this is happened to there TODAY but also that they get multiple people from the Stadium Blvd store there multiple times a week saying that their billing and plans are wrong and that they were not helpful at that store. I had to call AT&T customer service to get credit for all the charges that Jay Morgan charged me from the store on W Stadium Blvd, and it equaled out to more than $100 of money that I should not have been charged.
DO NOT GO TO THE STORE ON STADIUM BLVD. They are incredibly unhelpful and do not give you, THE CUSTOMER, the information you need and deserve.

Jay was really nice and helped me upgrade my phone. He is very organized and know a lot about the products. Amir helped me with the accessories. He was also known and friendly and patient.

The male staff there was kind of passive aggressive. He entered my address wrong but looked annoyed when I told him that, like it was my mistake. Overall the service was fine.

Felt rushed by him making decisions for me in a way. He delivered my iphone 16 pro to the wrong address. Told him not to deliver to my mother's address she's on vacation, and no one can get the package. He shipped it there, and I've been to the store two times afterward. One time, he said he'd call me back the next day. Never did, I called back twice, to which he said to come in again. The package is sitting at the front door and she doesn't get back till Monday weather and all. It was a very disappointing experience and turned off after being with At&t for over a decade. I don't like to complain but no one deserves to go through that with a big purchase

Double check everything they say! I brought my phone to see if my phone is unlocked to use an eSim while traveling overseas, the store manager confidently said "Yes" to discover a week before my flight that I can't.

Went in to get an upgrade, got there about 30 mins before they closed. After waiting a few minutes, Jonathan was extremely helpful and patient even tho he had to stay past their closing hours to help us. Highly recommend this location, and Jonathan is an absolute pro. Thanks Jonny!
