“I had an excellent experience with the Enterprise location on Jackson Rd in Ann Arbor. Even though they were clearly very busy with other customers, the staff went out of their way to provide outstanding customer service. They dropped me off at my house just a few minutes away from their location—something they absolutely didn’t have to do and easily could have said no to.
That extra effort made a big difference and really shows how much this team cares about their customers. Professional, courteous, and genuinely service-oriented. Highly recommend this location.”

“I was in a really bad spot when I first reached out to JFS, at the urging of WCCMH. Everyone I first spoke with was very helpful, and the process was smooth and easy. The main reason I wanted to leave a 5 star review though is because of the therapists I worked with during my time with them. I worked with one therapist who was leaving soon, so we had about 6 months together before she moved on to greener pastures, and another who worked with me on CBT for several months before I was able to get a better job and health insurance. They were both SO helpful and understanding, and it was so easy to speak with both of them. Additionally, the tools I learned from the second therapist were so helpful I still have some worksheets in my briefcase. I have worked with a few other therapists before and since then, and while they were all great, none compared to the two I worked with here. Thanks JFS!”
