I was given a van with a cracked windshield, and I asked to have the damage noted, which they said they did. Two months later they billed us for a windshield replacement.
I took several phone calls and emails, but Avis eventually refunded the windshield charge.

Excellent car rental. We requested a return 2 hours later. Excellent phone service, and our request was accepted at no extra charge. The staff already had a high rating, and I understand why. I highly recommend it.
