Twenty minutes to make a withdrawal at the counter because it was more than the ATM would do. Unacceptable.

Tried to get added to my wifes account today and the lady that we dealt with does not need to work with the public. She was extremely rude and dismissive and when i suggested we close the account she yelled at me and my wife that they would be extremely happy to close my account and never have to deal with us again.
