“To be honest, I have had challenges with First Merchants Bank through the transition from AASB (which we adored and still miss) to Level One to First Merchants - But, I will say the key people on site at the Maple Rd location of First Merchants in Ann Arbor are in a league of their own - exceptionally kind, competent and knowledgeable - Including, but not limited to Walker, Kristin (sp?), Ray and Michelle - They have all worked hard to resolve any issues that have come up for our personal and business banking accounts and very grateful to have them as a resource!! I make a bee line for this location every time! Ranking is for their service!”

“Danielle is awesome! She always makes my experience great. Although the banker who helped me today was given customer service incorrect information and I had to explain to her what the issue was from Danielle’s standpoint.This same banker said have a great day after the issue wasn’t resolved totally I told her I’ll try she then says try hard like who says that when someone seems frustrated about the issue already. The problem wasn’t resolved until Danielle took the issue into her own hands by going above and beyond for me. Also the issue was no fault of my own today the ATM was out of currency.”
