This bank never fails to disappoint when you go; from refusing to give you your money, even when asked in advance at this new location or the old one, all the way to making you wait 20 min to tell you they can’t open a new referral account for you.

I had a good experience (by phone) with the manager today - he was very accommodating in resolving my issue.

What a nightmare. For the second year my account was hacked and all my money stolen. Took 6 months to receive it back. Customer service is just a mess and I hope I can recover my money to close the account. Just find another bank!
