When you live in Colonial Square, you have a community to support each other. Besides there is enough space to walk around and play grounds for children.

Older townhouses, a few 1 bdrm 1-floor units. I've lived here over 20 years. Most of the people I know here are good humans and help each other when someone needs it. I have enjoyed living here.

The remodel made the neighborhood a lot more attractive. I lived here from toddler hood to college age and it was a nice place to grow up. Most of the neighborhood is well maintained. It's a great affordable spot just within the Ann Arbor city limits.
