“Excellent Place for living in Ann Arbor!!! I have lived at OakCliff for 3 years. The location, community, safety and service are perfect! I have so many good memories here. Kendra, Hati, Dan are very nice! If you need any help, they will reply to your message/email very quickly! If you have a car, the private garage is also a great plus (cool in summer, warm in winter)! They clean the snow from the road before you go to work in the morning. By the way, moving in and out was also very smooth. I have recommended this place to many friends.”

“The best lease consultant, Kris, she worked non-stop for her high qualified service. The manager, Dayvon, dealt with the repairing request quickly. He sent the world class staff, TJ and Jeff. They figured out the problems, either solve it right away or order the parts for me. I feel I have moved to the right place and started to relaxing and enjoying my own apartment. Thanks everyone!”

“We are absolutely blown away by the efficiency and kindness of Uptown! We first scheduled a virtual tour with Tyler who answered all of our questions and sold us on the Chicago-style apartment right away. After hitting dead ends on multiple apartment complexes, nothing beat the luxury finishes, location and immediate customer service that Uptown offers. Then, we were in constant contact with Tamara during the signing process who secured us the best deal and listened to our wants/needs. The process was seamless and convenient, something we have never experienced from other rentals. We can tell the staff is very invested in making this living experience amazing!”

“35 years of living in a well maintained, wonderful COOP. Our neighbors resented our existence. The children wanted to be friendly, but their mother Pat, same name as our mother was not so nice. She was on the board and has since retired. Ann Arbor is well known for its style of ELITISM & excluding spirit( indigenous outcasts maybe) , numerous stories. When brown and black people are quiet, happiness spreads and Mr. Rogers abounds in Ann Arbor, MI.: Welcome to thousands of neighbors like it. It’s never so late but while you cry now ‘cause you didn’t speak up for Willie, search out his grands and donate to their upkeep. Ann Arbor, had the Green dream before the mainstream caught on.”

“I have great experience with this property, especially with their maintenance team, always fast and fixes everything. It's in a safe and peaceful area in Ann Arbor and has a wonderful pond view. The management team is super helpful, if you communicate your need properly!”

“Willow tree is definitely my top choice for living at north campus. Very convenient and lovely amenities. Especially assistant GM, Rabiya! Once she joined Willowtree, everything got furnished and fixed very efficiently, such as the treadmill in the gym, new roof for every apartment. She is for sure the most friendly, passionate, inclusive and supportive woman in color! I believe in willowtree and believe in her management! So proud of her!!!”

“I recently moved in to a gorgeous townhome here and it is amazing! Justin is extremely helpful with my move, as I am new to the Ann Arbor area. He was very patient in explaining the leasing process and my move in was seamless. Trader’s Joes is within walking distance and the quiet is irreplaceable! Would give it 6-stars, if I could!”

“I worked with Shardinai (and occasionally Shy, who was also fantastic!), she was very lovely and incredibly helpful and accommodating. Despite having moved during the holiday season, and we were both busy, she found plenty of time to help us move on our very tight schedule. I do recommend working with her. That being said, since we moved in, we've had problem after problem. The lights weren't working because the breaker was flipped, the oven wasn't plugged in, the outlets are too loose to work and needed to be replaced, and I'm jumping through hoops to pay rent. There was an open maintenance door in the closet in the bedroom... The leasing office will close outside of posted hours or on non major holidays with no notice sometimes, which sucks because that's the only place you can fill your laundry card. They didn't even tell us where we could get our mail at first. It's a nice apartment, I'm just kind of frustrated.”

“We lived at The George for 14 months. We agree the new management team is excellent! We found that everyone was very friendly and kind. The dogs in the building were very well behaved and we never heard barking! Our one complaint is no fault of The George—the blame is aimed at DTE. In the 14 months we were there, we lost power for 18 days. That’s tough when you are 81 and use a walker! (We were on the 5th floor and the elevators didn’t work! The new management company should really push the owners to invest in a generator.I would recommend The George to anyone looking for a nice, clean, quiet apartment with great amenities and a super staff ready to help you.Betsy Doepken”

“My experience has been stellar! Every aspect of resident service is a top priority. Kerre Chapman, the property manager, and Dara, leasing specialist, have given me excellent services from selecting my unit, to move-in and with the continued service to my property. Thank you for all you do for our community!”

“Considering the costs of AA housing and all the amenities, the yard is probably one of the best options if youre a student here. The staff are accommodating and efficient, and the amount of common areas for studying, relaxing and partying make it worth it. Would def recommend studios over shared living - the walls are very thin”
