This is for Jason Daniel Bebe the District Manager. I have had the best banking experience here at the branch on state street in Ann Arbor. Joe Morales, Lisa Gibson, Scarlett, Antonia are amazing and treat their customers fantastic. My good friend that owns Zingermans Bakehouse brought them lunch for me and he was more than happy to do it. The whole staff here deserves raises or promotions.

Almost impossible to find and park. I preferred Saline or Clinton Comerica. Much easier to get to, to park, and no long waiting if you ever find out how to get here

I’ve always had courteous, helpful service from staff. The ATM is another matter- it doesn’t always “ read” my checks so I have to go inside.

I left my Debit card at the ATM at the Saline location. I have never been treated as less human... No accountability, no responsibility.But, Vera Lee of the Ann Arbor location came to my rescue and PERSONALLY went down there for me and retrieved it. Now THAT is proper customer service. Thank You, Vera Lee; Bank Manager.
