I’ve always had courteous, helpful service from staff. The ATM is another matter- it doesn’t always “ read” my checks so I have to go inside.

Treated poorly for trying to cash a check. Accused me of fraud for trying to cash a legit check from their bank

I left my Debit card at the ATM at the Saline location. I have never been treated as less human... No accountability, no responsibility.But, Vera Lee of the Ann Arbor location came to my rescue and PERSONALLY went down there for me and retrieved it. Now THAT is proper customer service.
