Although the banker who helped me today was given customer service incorrect information and I had to explain to her what the issue was from Danielle’s standpoint.This same banker said have a great day after the issue wasn’t resolved totally I told her I’ll try she then says try hard like who says that when someone seems frustrated about the issue already. The problem wasn’t resolved until Danielle took the issue into her own hands by going above and beyond for me. Also the issue was no fault of my own today the ATM was out of currency.”
