The front desk attendant was wonderful! She even called me back (I when my package returned from being out on the route (I needed to pick my package up after I missed it at my house). Above and beyond customer service!

Norm was not helpful. Went to pickup my package right where they opened at 9am and was told it wasn’t there. I requested to have him hold it and he refused. Useless drive, worst customer service!

We have been expecting a package for the past few days but every delivery attempt made to our apartment our driver has waited 30 seconds before leaving without dropping off the package off to the location. We have been sprinting downstairs when we hear the buzzer but they are gone even before we reach the bottom of the stairs. Not sure why their drivers can't wait 1 minute to confirm if someone is home or not.

Tuesday 4/30 and 7:23pm I had a message that FedEx would deliver between 9:10am and 1:10pm. Then Wednesday morning at 8:05 am another message same times. Then this morning at 8:46am they said they would be here between 9:10am and 11:10am Finally at 1:32pm today FedEx said they tried to deliver my package today at 1:32pm - there are three people in my house. No one heard a thing. Totally ridiculous.

The “lady” at the front with red hair was so unnecessarily rude. Nobody should be talked to like that. She wasn’t helpful at all her tone while answering questions was the WORST. Very rude.. hope she can learn some customer service skills or at least minimum manners!

The fedex worker is not helpful at all. He didnt greet people nor say anything. When asked questions, he just replied , " i don't know, and you have to buy anything you use". He doesn't even help to seal the envelop. Wow! Their services has gone down drastically...
